Description
Calbayog City on Samar Island, Philippines, had 526 structures identified as damaged via satellite imagery comparison. The United Nations Satellite Centre (UNOSAT) conducted this preliminary analysis by comparing a satellite image from December 9, 2014, with one from May 27, 2014. The analysis categorized 88 structures as destroyed, 180 as severely damaged, and 258 as moderately damaged.
