Australian Southern Margin features a group of deeply-incised submarine canyons, including some of the largest on Earth, descending to 5200 meters deep. The dataset describes their dimensions, gradients, geological controls, and episodic formation history since the Cretaceous. It was published by the Australian Ocean Data Network and last updated in April 2026.
Data is presented in an HTML publication format, not as a structured table or downloadable file with defined columns; direct machine processing may require extraction.
