A 2008 flythrough movie visualizes the bathymetry of the Carnarvon shelf, derived from multibeam sonar data. The video highlights benthic habitats at Point Cloates, including a prominent ridge at 60 m depth and complex smaller ridges and mounds. Survey work was a collaboration between Geoscience Australia and the Australian Institute of Marine Science, documented in GA Record 2009/02.
