Lord Howe Island Shelf and Submarine Volcano Seafloor Survey SS06-2008

Lord Howe Island's shallow shelf and the flanks of its submarine volcano were surveyed in April 2008 aboard the RV Southern Surveyor. The data were collected by the University of Wollongong and Geoscience Australia to map seabed morphology and benthic environments. This work contributes to the revised Plan of Management for the Lord Howe Marine Parks.
