Geotail CPI: Propagated Solar Wind Data at 60-Second Resolution

Geotail spacecraft data processed by Dr. J.M. Weygand for Prof. R.L. McPherron's NSF studies. The dataset consists of solar wind measurements propagated to a point just outside the bow shock and linearly interpolated to a 60-second resolution. The propagation method uses a minimum variance technique, as outlined in publications by Dan Weimer et al. in 2003 and 2004.
