A collection of flux tower measurements quantifying the exchange of energy and mass between the surface and atmosphere using eddy covariance techniques. Data were processed with PyFluxPro (v3.5.0) to produce a final, gap-filled product including Net Ecosystem Exchange (NEE) partitioned into Gross Primary Productivity (GPP) and Ecosystem Respiration (ER). The site is a natural Banksia woodland managed by Edith Cowan University, with measurements including fluxes of carbon dioxide, water vapor, heat, and ancillary meteorological and soil data.
Primary data formats are HTML and PNG, which are atypical for direct scientific analysis and will likely require extraction and conversion to tabular formats (e.g., CSV). The license is 'notspecified', which should be clarified before use. Users should be familiar with eddy covariance and PyFluxPro data structures.
