A collection of flux tower measurements of energy and mass exchange between the surface and the atmospheric boundary layer, processed using PyFluxPro (v3.4.21). The data were collected at the Gingin site, a natural woodland in Australia established in June 2011 and now managed by Edith Cowan University. It provides gap-filled Net Ecosystem Exchange (NEE) partitioned into Gross Primary Productivity (GPP) and Ecosystem Respiration (ER).
