Ginkgo Chauvel's Atlas of Chimpanzee Superficial White Matter Bundles

Ginkgo Chauvel's atlas maps superficial white matter bundles in the chimpanzee brain. It was constructed from 39 in vivo chimpanzee MRI scans provided by Pr. William D. Hopkins and registered to a template space. The atlas contains 422 bundles for the left hemisphere and 400 bundles for the right hemisphere, covering 38 cortical regions.
