Seven sediment cores from the Exmouth Plateau and Perth Basin and seven from the Ceduna Terrace provide evidence of glacial-interglacial changes. Data includes sediment accumulation rates, biogenic components like CaCO3 and organic carbon, benthic foraminiferal abundances, and stable isotope records since the Last Glacial Maximum (LGM). The dataset, from Geoscience Australia, suggests glacial productivity off Western Australia was 1.5-2 times higher than during the Holocene.
