Phytoplankton Taxonomy from Glaven and Stiffkey Estuaries, 2016-2017

Twelve water samples were collected across four surveys in 2016 and 2017 from the Glaven and Stiffkey estuaries. The samples were analyzed using the Utermöhl method with Olympus microscopes to identify phytoplankton cells to the lowest possible taxonomic level. The dataset was aggregated by the Government Digital Service from the eu_open_data platform.
