Historical meteorological upper air data spanning 16 years from 1948 to 1963, archived by the National Climatic Data Center. This dataset, designated DSI-6310, is part of the larger Comprehensive Aerological Data Set (CARDS) but was not quality controlled by the NCDC. It has been superseded by the Integrated Global Radiosonde Archive (IGRA).
