GPM GMI Climate-based Monthly Global Precipitation Grids at 0.25° Resolution

Global Precipitation Measurement (GPM) satellite data provides monthly global precipitation averages on a 0.25-degree grid. The dataset is produced by NASA using the GPROF algorithm with climate-homogeneous ancillary data from ECMWF-Interim reanalysis. Version 07 is the current version, superseding older releases.
