Radar measurements from the Dual-frequency Dual-polarized Doppler Radar (D3R) collected during the ICE-POP field campaign in South Korea. The dataset contains six key polarimetric and Doppler variables, including reflectivity and radial velocity, to study severe winter weather in complex terrain. It was developed by a NASA-funded consortium and covers observations from November 1, 2017, to March 17, 2018.
