GPM_3GPROFF16SSMIS: Global Daily Precipitation Grids from Microwave Sensors

Version 07 climate-referenced precipitation data uses the ECMWF-Interim reanalysis for homogeneous ancillary conditions over the climate time series. This NASA product provides global 0.25-degree gridded daily precipitation averages derived from high-quality microwave sensors sensitive to liquid and ice-phase hydrometeors. The data is designed for climate studies and is hosted by the GES DISC.
