GPM 3GPROF: Global Daily Precipitation Averages from Satellite Microwave Sensors

Global gridded daily precipitation averages derived from high-quality microwave sensors on the F17 satellite. The data is produced by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration and is sensitive to liquid and ice-phase precipitation hydrometeors in the atmosphere. Version 07 is the current version, superseding all older releases.
