GPM 3GPROFTRMMTMI: Global Daily Precipitation Grids from Microwave Sensors

Version 07 is the current and sole available version of this climate-reference precipitation product. The National Aeronautics and Space Administration provides global gridded daily precipitation averages derived from high-quality microwave sensors sensitive to liquid and ice-phase hydrometeors. These data are processed using homogeneous ECMWF-Interim reanalysis ancillary data to ensure consistency for climate time series studies.
