Amazon River Sediment Grain Size and Water Velocity Profiles, 2005-2008

Two datasets from four sampling campaigns between 2005 and 2008 include grain size distributions of river sediment samples and Acoustic Doppler Current Profiler (ADCP) water velocity profiles. The data were collected along the Amazon River and its major tributaries in Brazil, Bolivia, and Peru by researcher Julien Bouchez. These data were acquired with support from the French National Service for Observation 'HYBAM', part of the CNRS infrastructure 'OZCAR'.
