City of Calgary's dataset provides project-level information for completed buildings in its Green Building Priority Stream (GBPS). It includes building characteristics, modelled energy use, greenhouse gas emissions, and cost performance for residential and non-residential buildings completed from 2022 onward. The data is sourced from documentation submitted at the building permit stage and is published by data.calgary.ca.
Energy and cost values are based on modelled design performance and specific assumptions (e.g., 2025 energy rates, Alberta grid mix); they are not measured operational data.
