Description
From 2015 to 2017, microbial water quality results were collected from 101 locations in Kwale County, Kenya by the University of Oxford and Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya as part of the Gro for GooD project. The dataset contains measurements for Escherichia coli, thermotolerant coliforms, tryptophan-like fluorescence, and accompanying physicochemical parameters like pH and turbidity. It includes duplicate and replicate samples, with risk classifications based on WHO guidelines.
