Ground validation GPS point data for benthic habitat maps of the Mariana Archipelago. The data were collected through a cooperative project involving NOAA's National Centers for Coastal Ocean Science, the University of Hawaii, BAE Systems Spectral Solutions, and Analytical Laboratories of Hawaii. The data were generated in 2004 to validate maps derived from IKONOS satellite imagery.
