A qualitative research project explored digital technology integration in English teaching and learning in Indonesian higher education. The project involved 20 English lecturers, 40 English students, and 4 administrators from two public and two private institutions. Data were collected via semi-structured interviews and literature reviews and analyzed using thematic analysis.
