HAQES: 3-Hourly Ensemble Forecast of Surface PM2.5 Concentration Over North America

HAQES provides 3-hourly ensemble mean surface total PM2.5 concentration forecasts over the continental United States and surrounding regions. The Hazardous Air Quality Ensemble System forecasts hazardous air quality events from wildfires, dust storms, and volcanic eruptions using models from NASA, NOAA, and the Naval Research Laboratory. The prototype was developed by George Mason University as part of the NASA Health Air Quality Applied Science Team.
