The Healthy People 2020 Final Review analyzed 611 objectives to evaluate health disparities. This dataset contains summary-level calculations, including disparities measures and change categories, for each objective and population characteristic. It was produced by the CDC's National Center for Health Statistics as part of the HP2020 final assessment.
The term 'rate' may refer to a statistical rate per unit population or a proportion, depending on the original objective definition. Data for intermediate tracking years are not included in this summary file.
