Description
A systematic literature review performed in January 2016 identified and curated known and putative HLA Class I epitopes in hepatitis B virus. The review searched Medline from 1946-2016 and Embase from 1974-2016, with each citation reviewed by a primary and secondary expert. The dataset is intended as a growing resource for virologists, immunologists, and vaccine designers, with a live interactive version available online.
