CCH+ Ion Spectroscopy: Ro-Vibrational and Rotational Lines for Astronomical Detection

High-resolution infrared spectroscopy data for the open-shell CCH+ ion, covering the range 3066–3184 cm^–1. The dataset includes 385 ro-vibrational lines and observed rotational transitions from J=2 to J=6, used to derive spectroscopic constants. This work by Kim Steenbakkers was published on figshare and has already guided the first detection of CCH+ in space toward the Orion Bar region.
