Oak Species 5S-IGS Sequencing Data for Geno-Taxonomy Applications

High-Throughput Sequencing amplicon data from six mock samples explores intragenomic variation in oaks. A reference dataset of 1770 cloned 5S-IGS sequences covers the taxonomic breadth and distribution range of western Eurasian Quercus.
