Description
365 pesticide residues were simultaneously analyzed in grain, beans, fruit, and vegetables using a multi-component quantitative GC-MS/MS method. The method was validated on spiked samples of brown rice, soy beans, mandarin orange, potato, and green pepper, with over 95% of compounds meeting recovery and precision criteria. Twenty-two pesticides were detected in 76 food samples, all below maximum residue limits, and the method is applicable for safety control of domestic and imported agricultural products.
