Hitomi, a JAXA satellite launched on February 17, 2016, collected about one month of high-energy X-ray data before contact was lost on March 27, 2016. The catalog contains 42 observation sequences from six celestial objects, including the Perseus cluster and the Crab Nebula, using four instruments covering 0.3-600 keV. NASA HEASARC ingested this database table in June 2017 to provide access to the mission's data archive.
