HMSRP Hawaiian Monk Seal Microsatellite Genotypes for ~2,400 Specimens

The HMSRP Hawaiian Monk Seal Microsatellite Genotypes dataset from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration contains genetic data for approximately 2,400 Hawaiian monk seal specimens. Genotypes are provided for 18 microsatellite loci, organized by individual Seal ID number. An additional dataset is being generated to expand genotypes by another 30 loci.
