De-identified inpatient discharge records from the New York Statewide Planning and Research Cooperative System (SPARCS) for the year 2021. The dataset contains patient characteristics, diagnoses, treatments, services, and charges, with all protected health information removed. It is provided by health.data.ny.gov and was last updated in April 2025.
Date fields have day and month portions removed for de-identification. Available in multiple formats (CSV, JSON, XML, RDF).
