Net Housing Unit Change for NYC Neighborhoods Since 2010

Net change in housing units from new construction, demolitions, and alterations for New York City Neighborhood Tabulation Areas (NTAs). The NYC Department of City Planning aggregates this data from Department of Buildings-approved jobs filed or completed since January 1, 2010. The current version is 25q4, released in March 2026.
