NYC Housing Construction Projects Since 2010

January 2010 onward, this dataset contains all New York City Department of Buildings approved housing construction and demolition jobs. It is maintained by the NYC Department of City Planning and includes records for new buildings, major alterations, and demolitions. Data are updated semiannually.
