A 2014/15 geophysical modelling study integrates the GA-349 seismic survey with gravity and magnetic data to interpret the crustal architecture of the Houtman Sub-basin. The study, conducted by Geoscience Australia, aims to improve understanding of sediment thickness, basement nature, and magmatic rock distribution to assess petroleum prospectivity. It incorporates about 26,000 km of gravity and magnetic data from 2008/09 surveys.
Primary data format is PDF, which may require extraction or manual digitization for quantitative analysis.
