Description
Northern Peru's Chiclayo, Trujillo, and Piura regions are the focus of this dataset. It contains survey responses from 310 diners examining relationships between restaurant environment, price perception, satisfaction, and loyalty. The data was analyzed using PLS-SEM with 5,000 bootstrap resamples and includes results from Importance-Performance and multigroup analyses.
