HR2P Peptide Efficacy Against Porcine Deltacoronavirus

HR2P peptide exhibited potent in vitro antiviral activity with an EC50 of 6.65 μM against porcine deltacoronavirus. Molecular docking analysis predicted HR2P targets conserved structural sites shared with PEDV and TGEV, avoiding observed HR1 mutation sites.
