Hyperspectral imagery of the main eight Hawaiian Islands was collected for coral reef and benthic habitat mapping. The project was a cooperative effort by NOAA's National Centers for Coastal Ocean Science, the University of Hawaii, and Analytical Laboratories of Hawaii.
