ACTB Methylation Levels and Clinical Characteristics in 171 CHD Patients

171 patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) and 356 controls are included in this dataset. The methylation level of the ACTB gene in peripheral blood was quantitatively determined by mass spectrometry to explore its association with CHD. Clinical information was also collected for further investigation.
