109 Danish general practitioners and residents responded to a web-based survey from September 2024 to March 2025. The survey measured attitudes toward AI adoption across 11 factors, including performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and behavioral intention. The dataset was created by Natasha Lee Jørgensen and published on figshare in May 2026.
