Mohammad Jafarnejad provides a collection of 3D image stacks showing the vascular structure of four mouse popliteal lymph nodes. The images were derived using phase-contrast synchrotron micro-computed tomography (µCT) after a corrosion casting technique with Mercox II resin. The related study aimed to quantify vessel surface area distribution to understand transport phenomena down to the cell-level scale.
Data is provided as .tif image stacks within a zipped folder; specialized software for 3D image analysis (e.g., Imaris, Matlab) may be required for full utilization as described.
