Australian Ocean Data Network coordinates sustained observations of open ocean properties important to climate and carbon cycle studies. This collection contains time-series observations of temperature and salinity from moorings deployed by the Deep Water Moorings' Air-Sea Flux Stations and Deepwater Arrays sub-facilities. Observations were made using temperature loggers, conductivity-temperature-depth instruments, and temperature sensors on acoustic Doppler current profilers.
File formats include WMS and WFS, which are geospatial web services, and PNG/HTML, suggesting the primary access may be through visualization interfaces rather than raw data files.
