IMOS MODIS Ocean Net Primary Productivity via OC3 and Eppley-VGPM

Aqua satellite MODIS sensor data provides daily estimates of ocean Net Primary Productivity using the OC3 chlorophyll algorithm and Eppley-VGPM model. Production of contemporary MODIS data ceased on 2024-12-26, with users directed to VIIRS instruments for data beyond that date. The dataset is an experimental product created by the Australian Ocean Data Network for comparison with a recommended alternative.
