Description
The IMOS Satellite Altimeter Calibration and Validation Sub-Facility provides in situ oceanographic measurements for validating satellite altimeters. Data includes sea surface height, significant wave height, bottom pressure, temperature, salinity, and water currents from sites in Bass Strait, the Southern Ocean, and the Great Barrier Reef.
