Fatality Analysis Reporting System (FARS) data provides rates of deaths per 100,000 population for people killed in crashes involving a driver with a BAC of 0.08% or higher. The dataset includes rates for 2012 and 2014, broken down by age groups and sex for all U.S. states. Data.cdc.gov updated the dataset on April 28, 2025.
Blank cells indicate suppressed data where fatality counts are below 20. Multiple location columns ('Location (address)', 'Location (city)', etc.) may require reconciliation.
