Primary Health Care Home Cooking Skills Scale Survey Responses from São Paulo

472 participants completed a self-applied online instrument developed and validated in São Paulo between January and November 2020. The Primary Health Care Home Cooking Skills Scale is a 29-item psychometric tool designed to measure the home cooking skills of health professionals. It was validated using expert judgment via the Delphi technique and exploratory factor analysis, showing adequate composite reliability and a four-domain structure explaining 64.1% of variance.
