NESP MB C2: Integrated Marine Biodiversity Indicators for Australian Reefs

Three long-term marine monitoring datasets—Reef Life Survey (RLS), IMAS Long-term MPA, and AIMS LTM—were integrated to generate derived biological indicators. The Australian Ocean Data Network provides access to indicator data, including biomass of large fishes and community temperature index, reported in the 2016 State of the Environment report. A manuscript detailing indicator calculations and trend summaries is currently under journal review.
