Description
GLIDE numbers are GLobal unique IDEntifiers for Disasters, enabling interoperability across multiple disaster information sources. The Asian Disaster Reduction Center (ADRC) proposed this common ID system to address challenges in accessing scattered and confusing disaster data. The dataset covers Iran and is actively used by institutions including UN-OCHA, UNDRR, and IFRC.
