149 acute ischemic stroke training cases featuring longitudinal multimodal imaging and clinical outcomes, released by hugging-science for the ISLES'24 Challenge. The collection includes admission CT scans (NCCT, CTA, 4D CTP) and follow-up MRI (DWI, ADC) paired with expert-annotated infarct and large vessel occlusion masks.
