UNHCR presents findings from a 2019 Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) Knowledge, Attitude and Practice (KAP) survey among refugees in Kakuma refugee camp and Kalobeyei settlement in Kenya. The study population comprised households from the 192,352 refugees and asylum seekers registered in the area as of August 2019. Data was collected using a mixed-methods approach including household questionnaires, Key Informant Interviews, and observation of WASH infrastructure.
