A synthetic dataset of 12,544 pawn loan records under baseline operating conditions, created by gene fur and released on 2026-04-08. It models loan activity by category, amount, duration, and region for the fictional King Gold & Pawn lender in New York. The data includes realistic outliers and moderate seasonal movement.
