Labeled Stomatal Images from 17 Hardwood Species and 55 Populus Genotypes

About 11,000 unique images of hardwood leaf stomata collected from projects between 2015 and 2022. The collection includes over 7,000 images from 17 hardwood species and over 3,000 images from 55 Populus genotypes, each labeled for inner guard cell walls or whole stomata with YOLO annotation files. These images and labels are publicly available to facilitate machine learning model training for stomatal analysis.
